City Builder Lite is a pocket-sized city-builder with the feedback loop intact. Designate residential, commercial and industrial zones, lay roads and power, and watch the population respond to your planning. Balance your budget while the residents judge every block.
How to Play City Builder Lite
Use the zoning tool to assign land and lay roads to connect zones to power. New residents arrive with a demand for jobs and services; satisfy it. Your treasury runs on property tax — set the rate where growth and income balance.

Tips & Tricks
Keep industry downwind of housing — the pollution stat reads as grumpy residents. Roads before zones; an unreachable city zone is just a field. Raise taxes only after demand stalls, and always keep a cash cushion for a surprise blizzard.
