Chess Trainer Pro is a clean, honest chess experience. Play against a CPU that steps up in difficulty at a fair pace, review the last move with the rewind board and sharpen tactics in built-in puzzle sets. Legal-move enforcement and castling, en passant and promotion all handled properly.
How to Play Chess Trainer Pro
Select a piece with a click, then choose a highlighted legal destination. The CPU responds after your move. Use the move list to review the game, and switch to the puzzle tab to solve mate-in-one, mate-in-two and tactic collections.
Controls
Mouse — click piece, click destination
Z — undo against CPU
Mobile:
Tap piece, tap square.
Tips & Tricks
Develop the centre squares in the first four moves — the opening decides the middle. Castle early with king safety before a pawn storm. In puzzles, ask the killer question: what is the forcing check or capture?
